OGBC Ventures started in 2022 and has completed over 30 projects across Nigeria. We deliberately run without a warehouse — every order is bought direct from the manufacturer and delivered straight to your site.
We hold no stock and keep no yard. Nothing sits ageing on a rack, nothing is resold at a distributor's mark-up, and you are never pushed towards whatever a warehouse happens to be carrying. We buy what your drawing calls for, from the people who make it.
Because each order is one factory batch, profile, gauge and colour shade stay consistent across an entire estate — and the material arrives new, not weathered from months in open storage.
Roofing is supplied and fitted: Gerard stone-coated and longspan profiles, with flashing and accessories worked to the architect's detail, plus scheduled maintenance once the roof is up.
Most of our work since 2022 has come from repeat contractors and the developers they introduce. That only holds if the delivery date is honest, so we would rather quote a later date than one we cannot keep.

How a direct-supply order works

You send the drawing or list
A roof plan, a bill of quantities or a photo of the job. We return a take-off with quantities, accessories and a wastage allowance.

We price at manufacturer rates
The quote is built from the factory price plus haulage and our margin, stated openly. No warehouse mark-up sitting in the middle.

Factory order, one batch
Your order is placed with the mill or manufacturer as a single production batch, so profile, gauge and colour shade match across the whole job.

Delivered to site, fitted if needed
Material goes from the plant to your site on an agreed date. Our roofing crew can install and return for maintenance afterwards.
Where we deliver
Lagos, Ogun and Oyo on haulage arranged from the plant, usually within 48 hours of the batch being released. The rest of the country through vetted haulage partners, with the waybill and driver contact sent to you before the truck moves.
